Music Festivals That You Should Be Aware of For The Second Half of 2017
It's quite difficult to explain the kind of atmosphere that's experienced at music festivals. There can be some of the best places to party, chill with a group of friends, meet like-minded people, and listen to some of the best tunes around. Even so, Festival season has already started a good chunk of them have been sold out already or passed even. Don't fret though, I've compiled a list of some of the best music festivals around the globe. I definitely encourage everyone to try and experience these before the year is over, especially if you've never been to one yourself.
Where: Boom, Belgium
When: July 21-30, 2017
Why: Perhaps Europe’s most famous music festival ever. Tomorrowland is one of the most well known and popular festivals around. There but a few music festivals out there can even dare to compete with its immense scale and detailed productions. Playing at Tomorrowland has become a dream for all upcoming DJ’s and its jaw-dropping experience always attracts a sell-out crowd from all over the world. The 2017 line-up has Don Diablo, Alison Wonderland, Afrojack, Steve Aoki, Nicky Romero and David Guetta.

When: August 24-27, 2017
Why: Since its initial debut back in 1998, the Creamfields brand has expanded its presence all over the globe, while its original UK based event has grown into a popular music festival. With Six stages features some of EDM heavy-hitting artist, it’s no wonder as to why Creamfields has become one of the better-known music festivals in the UK. As of now, Deadmau5 and Eric Prydz have been confirmed to make their appearance and 2017’s Creamfields seems to be ready to live up to some grand expectation.

When: September 1-3, 2017
Why: Electric Zoo is a festival that must be experienced by all raver in the USA. With several immense stages covering almost every genre of electronica, Electric Zoo dishes out the best. With it being based in one of the greatest cities around, how can it not be one of the most anticipated festivals around. While the line-up is to be announced, It’s definitely going to have some amazing names setting up the stage, especially if last years festival having some amazing players on the stage.

Why: Mysteryland has spread its presence to the Americas after a some incredibly popular sets in Haarlemmermeer. This festival has promised to have “a musical journey with over 250 live acts and DJs across 16 stages”. Seems like it's worth the trip to the longest-running music festival based in the Netherlands if they’re making such interest promises.

When: September 22–24 , 2017
Why: Imagine Festival’s makes its appearance during the last month of September and with it comes a long line of interest sets. With dubstep, house, and techno mixing into close-up performers and circus troupes, creating the illusion of a world that’s been said to be that of an “aquatic fairytale” by the organizers themselves. With its amazing line-up in the previous year and the post-summer heat decreasing, this festival should definitely be hype worthy for any raver fan out there.

Why: Based in Croatia beautiful Zrce Beach, Hideout promises to be one of the best festivals around. It’s become one the most talked about festivals around the world and unsurprisingly too with its beautiful scenery and interesting lineup. Diplo, Jamie Jones, Major Lazers, and Stormzy have all been booked for this year's summer bash.

Why: Located in an abandoned fort alongside the Adriatic Sea, Outlook’s celebration of bass music and sound system culture sets it aside from almost every other European-based music festival. Boasting a rich roster that welcomes MCs and rappers alongside DJs and producers. You can bet to find a good mix of some of the best dubstep, drum and bass, grime and hip-hop along with dashes of techno, house and garage.

Why: Located right in the heart of Chicago’s downtown area, and bringing some of the best talents around every single year, Lollapalooza has really managed to mark its places as of the best music festivals in the USA. This year also marks the festival it’s 21st birthday since its creation.

Why: Celebrating its tenth anniversary with Sunburn 10, this is Asia’s biggest music festival around, with large hordes of music fans attending from all over the globe. Rumors for this year's line-up has stated to be one of best one around, practically annihilating its previous list of performers.

When: August 27- September 4
Why: Definitely one of the most unique festivals to experience on this list, Burning Man isn’t just any simple festival, it's a large city of its own. This festival allows all sorts of art, music and self-expression. Performances by Dj’s such as Deadmau5 and Tycho have been confirmed to be at this fantastic festival bash.
